- In browser you normally use, enter macys.com, after that tap Sign In.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Then go to the Credit Cards section to see card/cards and all related info and functions (such us activate/add card and make payment)

Apply for Macys Credit Card
In case you don't already have a Macy's CC, apply for one online:
- In the appropriate section of account, press APPLY NOW. You will be re-directed on citibankonline.com/apply/macys-credit-card.
- Fill in application form with your personal data, in particular:
- Name/surname as mentioned in your passport.
- Email address.
Note! By providing e-mail, Citibank, N.A. may use it to contact you to inform about useful products and services, etc.
- A valid 10-digit phone number with a mobile/home/work type. Citibank, N.A. may contact you at this number by using autodialer, recorded or artificial voice, or text. This may be subject to charges based on your phone plan.
- The next step is to verify your address. Enter your street address (do not use special characters or a P.O. Box), city, state, and zip code. Click Continue.
- Next, advise the data below and click Continue:
- Residential status
- Monthly housing payment
- Total annual net income
- DOB and SSN.
- Double check if everything correct and hit Apply button.
Note! If you get «green light» from the bank, you will receive CC up to ten business days.
