Macy's also has a «Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store» option. This service is available for select products and locations. Here's how to proceed.
- After you have added products and went to the cart, select Pick up today and choose the shop to pick up your order. You may also see the pick-up hours for each store.
- Specify who will pick up the order - you or someone else (fill in the recipient's info).
- Fill in the payment details and tap on Place Order.
- Shortly you’ll get the confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Note! Curbside Pickup is also possible, but its time is limited.
Note! Check the «Text me pickup details» box if you want.
Note! Macy's also has a program called Macy's Backstage, where you can find great deals on clothing, shoes, and accessories. You can buy Macy's Backstage items online and use the same pick-up service to pick up your items at a nearby store.

Note! Macy's Wine Shop only ships to certain states, so ensure to check the list of eligible states before placing an order.
- After adding all the desired wines to your bag, go to checkout by hitting on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
- Follow the process, entering your shipping and payment details.
Note! Macy's Wine Shop requires an adult over the age of 21 to sign for the delivery of any wine shipments.
- If you want to pick up your order at a Macy's store, select Pick up in Store during the checkout process and choose the Macy's Wine Shop location nearest to you.
- Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with instructions and the pick up hours of the store.
Note! You will need to bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used to place the order when picking up your wine in store.
